Having studied architecture Klaudi went on to work with Jonathan Tuckey Design where he gained experience as an Architect, gaining planning approvals and experience in the detailing and execution of very specialised, highly styled one-off houses, each of which brought their own unique challenges. He went on to work for TFFA where he worked on numerous super-prime residential properties in some of London’s most exclusive boroughs such as in Mayfair, RBKC and St Johns Wood from small extensions and flat fit outs through to full structural remodelling and refurbishment including basements working with Grade I and II listed buildings. After many successful years at his post he decided to set up Form GB alongside Sam in order to be able to offer his skills to both sides of the fence, directly to Clients, architectural practices and construction firms alike, quickly becoming an invaluable asset to any contract. Of note, fulfilling the role of Architectural Consultant and Project Manager for Holt Construction, one of south west London’s top contractors in the 500k-5 million project build value range. He aided Holt Construction to set up a new development company Holt Group, project managing the marketing and branding design and to deliver their first development, fully co-ordinating and project managing the development as well as several construction projects at the same time. Hoban Design are a young practice who have used Klaudi constantly for his technical knowledge to consult with them on new projects and to efficiently complete tender packages which he is later responsible for delivering on site acting as an Architectural Project Manager. Quite often basing himself on the worksite to immediately firefight any issues that may arise, saving Clients time and money. Klaudi has a unique skill of being able to blend in to any environment and can communicate effectively, allowing him to efficiently manage expectations and time pressures between the builder and client team whilst co-ordinating building trades.
Having studied Interior Design in South Africa, Sasha gained her experience over some 10 years working for several high-end residential designers in Cape Town and Johannesburg where she offered Feng Shui analysis as part of her service before moving to London in the late nineties where she first offered Feng Shui consultations which lead to her gaining several Clients for whom she carried out Interior Design Services as SG3 Design. She later decided to take the opportunity to broaden the spectrum of the work she could offer and worked several high-level management roles for some of London’s top commercial interiors and branding firms including, Styles & Wood, Zebra, Pennington Robson. Twelve, M-Worldwide and Small Back Room, working on several high street names and institutions such as The British Museum, Lakeland, TK Maxx and Boots. She soon became the branding expert for large brands such as Sainsburys and Tesco where she was responsible of preparing and implementing roll out of standardised branding designs across the entire UK and managing teams of designers and contractors to ensure correct delivery. When Sasha became a mother, she took a sabbatical to look after her daughter. She met Klaudi whilst doing some part-time residential design work. She really liked that Klaudi could make any of her ideas work and that he had a solution for everything. They soon decided to go into business together and set up Form GB so they could offer their design across the board.
