We were Project Architect and Manager for this incredible new out of town home backing onto Richmond Park for Holt Group, truly one of London’s premier building companies. It was Holt's first ever residential development. The team included several architects through the early stages until the right planning proposal was attained on a very tricky site where it was necessary to place the building to the back of the site. We were then brought in as in-house architect/designer to specify and detail the house and to oversee its construction and to carry out stringent checks on finishes and build quality. The property was detailed to a very high luxury specification and included accommodation over basement, ground and first floors with a separate garage building. The home was designed, specified and built to meet the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 and is one of few homes in the UK that meets this Eco standard. The property received a mention in the Evening Standards Awards 'Best new out of town home' category.
