WHEN AN EXTENSION THAT WAS BUILT BEFORE JUST ISNT GOOD ENOUGH

Our Client came to us with two problems, they had a loft which was only half the width of the house and barely big enough for a bedroom which overheated and at ground floor they had a half extension and half conservatory which again was prone to overheating. We knocked it all down and started again replacing the existing conservatory with a new full side infill and rear extension to provide a new kitchen and open plan living space. We removed the faulty dormer and replaced it with a full width dormer properly constructed and insulated to provide a master bedroom, dressing room and ensuite bathroom. Whilst we were at it we also changed the stairs into the loft which no longer cause bumps on the head at night.
