FULL STRIP OUT AND REFIT OF WAPPING DOCK BUILDING APARTMENT

Form GB carried out the project management of this project for Holt Group. The entire space was first sand blasted to expose all the existing brickwork which was sealed several times. The entire floor was laid as a raised floor due to the substantial dips and to fit underfloor heating throughout. The project had several very specific industrial details for windows and very large sliding doors that the architects had come up with which had to be fully detailed as they were entirely bespoke. One of the most successful features of this apartment were the in wall shelving units which look amazing. Holt Group got Form GB involved in this work to ensure regular quality control checks and a very high end finish.
